Module One introduces Kristy Holdsworth: The Professional Survivor® lens within an organisational context, exploring how professional competence, status and success can make experiences of domestic abuse less visible.
Across three sessions: RECOGNISE, RESPOND and ADVISE, you will challenge stereotypical assumptions, consider survivor-centred organisational responses and explore how organisations can provide appropriate support while preserving professional identity and survivor agency.
