Kristy Holdsworth: The Professional Survivor® for Organisations Module One introduces Kristy Holdsworth: The Professional Survivor® lens within an organisational context, exploring how professional competence, status and success can make experiences of domestic abuse less visible. Across three sessions: RECOGNISE, RESPOND and ADVISE, you will challenge stereotypical assumptions, consider survivor-centred organisational responses and explore how organisations can provide appropriate support while preserving professional identity and survivor agency. The VAL Framework™ - Validation, Awareness and Learning - is the signature working model of Kristy Holdsworth: The Professional Survivor®. Throughout this programme, you will learn through The VAL Framework™ while developing a lens that can be taken into organisational practice. The VAL Framework™ provides both a structure for learning and a practical lens through which that learning can inform professional practice.
